CEO & LEAD DESIGNER
Always wondering whether he’s a human or a poorly-constructed replicant. Film freak, artist wannabe, skilled writer and seafood expert. 10 years of experience in international business, studies in cinema, linguistics and game development. He loves Japanese food and culture, rock music, D&D, action arcades, stealth games and interactive storytelling.
PARTNER & CTO
Gamer since the age of Atari, our Lead Developer is an Engineer with over eight years of professional experience in the software industry, currently chasing his dream to make a living out of game development. Lover of Pixar, pop music, soccer and action-adventure videogames, master of Mario Kart and former member of the national FIFA team
PARTNER & UX CONSULTANT
Graphic designer out of conviction, with more than ten years of experience in the digital media. She came into the world of videogames because of her passion for animation and interactive experiences. Self-called foodie, she loves Patagonia and rock (she plays the drums!). She enjoys adventure games and those with a strong narrative element.
PARTNER & GAME DESIGN CONSULTANT
RTSG? Check. MMOG? Check. Collectible card games? Check, omg yes, check them all!… He loves games and competition, ergo, he loves competitive games. He’s designed games for years, mostly board games. His competitive thinking, Engineering studies and vast experience in game mechanics are his main attribute. Weakness? According to him, everything else (we disagree!).
PARTNER & DEVELOPER
He’s been extremely passionate about games since a little kid. Even though he loves every aspect of videogames, when it comes to developing, he decided to make programming his weapon of choice. He’s currently studying Computer Engineering and hopes one day to work full time designing mechanics and game narrative. He’d love to make animated short stories as a hobby.
Half Belgian, half Chilean, Rapha brings the European taste to this tribe of savages. Melodic death metal fan, he loves Tarantino movies, neo-noir films and classy TV shows like Utopia, American Gods and Rick & Morty. He enjoys black humor and is the master of the over-extended, repetitive, boring joke. But he’s such a nice panda that everyone around ends up laughing anyway. His greatest interest is level design, prototyping, or anything related to game development.
Character Artist / Illustrator
Fan of anything creepy, retro, supernatural and nerd. Loves studying, improving and learning. Professional illustrator and designer, working in videogames since 2012. Alexia enjoys creating stories and worlds, and specially designing characters (sometimes too many!!). She plays strategy and logic games, as well as weird RPGs with gripping stories. Did we forget to mention that she’s the coolest K-Pop dancer ever?
One of the most notorious tabletop RPG narrators in the studio, Cristian loves fantasy of all kinds, from classic medieval to terror and urban. In addition to swords and spells, he’s always looking for the emotional, human side of stories and characters, so when we talk about new story-based projects, his eyes glow and his hair shines like a silvan elf coding golden lines though the woods. He plays RPG and Strategy games at lunch, listens to heavy metal, and he’s quite into game design as well. A noble party member that brings peace to our daily quests.
UI / Background Artist
When Carlos arrived to the studio, he brought a balanced combination of elegance in design, clean execution, and the most refined sense of irony and dark humor (although we know he secretly runs a cartel of cute cat pics in the office). A seasoned UI, UX and background artist, he loves comic books, illustration and visual arts in general. As for games, he enjoys games with a focus on immersive worlds and narrative, such as Fallout, Mass Effect, Fez, and more. A serious craftman and a very kind gentleman, he is the fine arts axeman we need in our team.
Jorge came in as an intern and coded his way into the core team with talent, bravery and a joyful spirit. He is a natural when it comes to coding, but not only that, he never ceases to challenge himself and learn new things. He’s usually listening to TedEx Talks while coding, or maybe he’s just so good that maybe he hacked our brains to hide his passion for LOL, anime, manga, classic music, pop and metal. He says he’s not a skilled player, but we thinks he’s just humble. The young promise, we truly hope he keeps growing and fixing our merge conflicts until we are old.
Luis threads his way calm and peacefully through the dark forests of game coding. Carefully assessing the perils and finding the clearest path for implementation. A skilled engineer, he believes in games as one of today’s greatest art forms, and thus his will to take part in bringing their possitive impact to the people. When our fellow ranger finds a nice spot to camp out, he takes some time to play narrative games, listen to music, play the guitar, read and write poetry and prose, and watch films and TV shows, just like any other well-organized, art-sensitive, warm-hearted game developer does.
Carlos, or “Chuck”, as his friends call him, has been creating worlds and interactions since a kid (a looooong time ago xD): drawing comic books, writing films, designing games or describing exotic worlds as a Dungeon Master, shipping freight containers, it doesn’t matter. When he’s not frowning and ruminating, pondering ideas like the classic Le Penseur sculpture, he is away jumping to action and solving problems in silence in a fatherly-Mad Max fashion. Hardcore gamer, he’s a fearsome FPS player. Passionate, committed and loyal, he’s the grumpy dwarf that will save your life everytime.
